These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of AG Loop (the "App" or "Service"), operated by ARMYGYMNASTICS LLC ("AG Loop," "we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use AG Loop. By registering, you represent that you are 18 or older and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
2. What AG Loop does
AG Loop generates and adjusts training programs based on information you provide (including self-reported pain, perceived exertion, and a computed daily "readiness" score), offers optional camera-based exercise form feedback, analyzes meal photos you submit using a third-party AI service to estimate nutrition information, and — with your explicit permission — can read step, sleep, heart-rate, and heart-rate-variability data from your device's health platform (e.g. Android Health Connect) to inform that readiness score. AG Loop also offers a paid subscription with additional features, billed through Google Play or Apple's In-App Purchase system.
3. Not medical advice
AG Loop is a fitness and nutrition tracking tool. It is not a medical device, and nothing in the App constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Workout programming, nutrition targets, and readiness scores are estimates generated from the information you provide and from algorithmic and AI-assisted analysis. Consult a physician before starting this or any exercise or nutrition program, particularly if you have any medical condition, are pregnant, or have been advised by a doctor to restrict physical activity. If you experience pain, dizziness, chest discomfort, or any other concerning symptom during a workout, stop immediately and seek medical attention.
4. Assumption of Risk — Physical Activity
Please read this section carefully. It affects your legal rights.
Physical exercise carries an inherent risk of injury, including but not limited to muscle strains, joint injuries, cardiovascular events, and in rare cases, serious or fatal injury. This risk exists regardless of your fitness level or how carefully a program is followed, and applies to workouts generated, adjusted, or guided by AG Loop just as it would to any exercise program.
By using AG Loop's training features, you acknowledge and voluntarily accept these risks. You confirm that you are physically capable of participating in exercise, that you have consulted a physician if you have any reason to believe you should before beginning a new exercise program, and that you are solely responsible for exercising within your own limits, using proper form, and stopping any activity that causes pain or that you are not confident performing safely — including when AG Loop's camera-based form feedback is unavailable, disabled, or has not flagged an issue.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, you release and hold harmless ARMYGYMNASTICS LLC, its officers, employees, and affiliates from any and all claims, injuries, damages, or losses arising out of or related to your use of AG Loop's training features, except to the extent caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain liability, including for negligence — in those jurisdictions, this release applies only to the fullest extent permitted by law, and does not waive any right that cannot legally be waived.
5. Nutrition analysis
Meal photos you submit are sent to a third-party AI service (see our Privacy Policy) to generate calorie and macronutrient estimates. These estimates are approximations and may be inaccurate — they are not a substitute for guidance from a registered dietitian, particularly if you have diabetes, an eating disorder, a food allergy, or another condition where inaccurate nutrition information could cause harm.
6. Your account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at the contact address below if you suspect unauthorized access.
7. Subscriptions and billing
Paid subscriptions are billed and managed through Google Play Billing or Apple's In-App Purchase system and renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless canceled beforehand through that platform's subscription settings. Pricing, renewal terms, and cancellation are governed by the applicable platform's policies. We do not process or store your payment card details.
8. Acceptable use
You agree not to: use the App for any unlawful purpose; attempt to access another user's account or data without authorization; interfere with or disrupt the App's operation; or reverse-engineer, scrape, or misuse the App beyond its intended personal use.
9. Disclaimer of warranties
AG Loop is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free. Nutrition estimates, readiness scores, and generated training programs are algorithmic outputs and may be wrong.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ARMYGYMNASTICS LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. This limitation does not apply to the extent it would unlawfully exclude liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
11. Termination
You may stop using the App and request account deletion at any time (see our account deletion page). We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of AG Loop will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Utah.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make a material change, we will update the date above and, where required, notify you in the App.
