AG Loop is developed by ARMYGYMNASTICS LLC. This page explains how to request deletion of your AG Loop account and data.
How to request deletion
- Email info@armygymnastics.com from the email address associated with your AG Loop account.
- Use the subject line "Account deletion request" (or "Data deletion request" if you only want specific data removed rather than your whole account — see below).
- We will confirm your identity via the email on file and process the request within 30 days.
What gets deleted
A full account deletion request removes:
- Your account (email and password)
- Workout logs, body metrics, check-ins, and intake-questionnaire responses
- Meal photos and nutrition analysis history
- Readiness score history
What we retain, and for how long
Billing records (e.g. subscription/purchase history) may be retained for a limited period after deletion where required for tax, accounting, or fraud-prevention purposes, and are not linked back to your deleted profile information. Aggregated, de-identified data that can no longer be tied to you may also be retained. Everything else is permanently deleted within 30 days of a verified request.
Partial data deletion
You don't have to delete your whole account to remove specific data — email us using the same address above and specify what you'd like removed (for example, a specific meal photo or check-in history), and we'll delete just that, without closing your account.
