AG Loop ("we," "us") is operated by ARMYGYMNASTICS LLC. This policy explains what information AG Loop collects, why, and how it's handled.
Information we collect
- Account information: email address and password (stored as a salted hash, never in plain text).
- Health and fitness information: workout logs, goals, activity level, body metrics (e.g. weight), daily check-ins (mood, energy, stress, soreness), and intake-questionnaire responses, including optional medical condition/medication notes you choose to provide so your program can be adapted safely.
- Nutrition information: meal photos you take within the app, and the nutrition data derived from analyzing them.
- Subscription status: whether you have an active subscription and which plan, managed through Google Play Billing or Apple's In-App Purchase system. We do not receive or store your payment card details — those are handled entirely by Google/Apple.
How we use this information
We use this information solely to provide AG Loop's core features: generating your training and nutrition plans, analyzing meal photos, computing your readiness score, and managing your subscription. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.
Third-party processors
We share limited data with service providers, solely to operate the app:
- AI processing — meal photos are sent to a third-party AI provider for nutrition analysis.
- Cloud storage — meal photos are stored with a cloud object-storage provider.
- Cloud hosting — our backend server and database run on a cloud hosting provider.
- App stores — subscription purchases are processed and verified through Google Play Billing and Apple's In-App Purchase system.
None of these providers are permitted to use your data for their own purposes beyond providing the service to us. A full list of subprocessors is available on request at info@armygymnastics.com.
Data retention and deletion
We retain your information for as long as your account is active. To request deletion of your account and associated data, email us at the address below.
Children's privacy
AG Loop is not directed at children and is not intended for use by anyone under 16.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes materially, we'll update the date above and, where required, notify you in the app.
